Are prices VAT inclusive?
No. All listed prices are VAT exclusive. Payment terms are upfront for all services.
Can I transfer modules between packages?
No. Our services are offered as fixed packages. Module transfer or custom additions between packages is not available. You need to upgrade to a higher-tier package that includes the features you need.
What is the minimum number of users?
Lite, Standard and Pro packages can start with 1 user. Plus and Extra packages require a minimum of 3 users.
What does "Limited User" mean?
A Limited User can access up to 3 modules from the package at a discounted per-user rate. You choose which 3 modules each limited user can access.
How long are free credits valid?
Free e-document credits are valid for 12 months. E-Invoice, e-Archive and e-Waybill integrator connectivity is included in all packages; credit purchases are made separately.
